How can I pay?
You can pay securely using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Do you offer buy-now-pay-later?
Depending on your location, you may be able to split your payment into interest-free installments at checkout. Available options are displayed when you check out.
What should I do if I have a problem paying?
If a payment won't go through, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache, then add the item to your cart again. If it still doesn't work, contact us at contact@boomjude.com and we'll help.
Is shopping at BoomJude safe?
Yes. Your payment and personal information are transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection. We only share the information needed to process and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After every completed order, you'll receive a confirmation by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
What if I haven't received a confirmation?
Contact us at contact@boomjude.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation by emailing contact@boomjude.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to stop it. Once it's shipped it can't be cancelled, but this does not affect any statutory right you may have to cancel or return your order.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 (US), £40 (UK), $70 CAD (Canada), and $80 AUD (Australia). For orders below the threshold, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–4 business days.
What is the delivery time?
Processing takes 1–4 business days and delivery takes 10–20 business days on average, depending on your location.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Depending on your local carrier, your package may be left in a secure location, delivered to a neighbor, or held at a nearby pickup point with instructions.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?

Can I exchange an item?
Most items can be exchanged. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@boomjude.com.
What if my order arrived incomplete?

Are your products covered if something is wrong?
