Here's everything you need to know about how and when your BoomJude order reaches you.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.
Delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £40 (UK), $50 (US), $80 AUD (Australia), and $70 CAD (Canada). For orders below the threshold, rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
United Kingdom: processed within 1–3 working days, with standard delivery a further 2–4 working days.
United States, Australia, and Canada: processed within 1–3 working days, with delivery typically 7–14 working days.
All times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD. International orders are sent via a tracked courier service and handed to your local postal or courier service on arrival. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a link to your order status page so you can follow it to your door.
UK prices include UK VAT, with no further charges on UK orders. Orders to the US, Australia, or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility, unless we state at checkout that duties are prepaid. Charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you're not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. If you think you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@boomjude.com and we'll try to correct it before your order ships.
We want you to receive what you ordered. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order is significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right. Your consumer rights are not affected.
