We offer a 30-day return policy across all our markets, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and any accessories or manuals included. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us first at contact@boomjude.com. Items sent back without requesting a return, or sent to an address other than the one we provide, cannot be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on: underwear, swimwear, earrings and pierced jewellery, and opened cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in those cases you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the exclusions above.
Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. We'll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
United Kingdom: In addition to our 30-day policy, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we'll also refund the standard delivery cost.
United States: There is no federal law requiring a general right of return for online purchases. Returns are governed by our 30-day policy above.
Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major fault, and a repair or replacement for a minor fault — regardless of our stated return window.
Canada: Consumer protection is set at the provincial level (for example, Ontario's or Quebec's Consumer Protection Act). There is no uniform national cooling-off period, so returns are governed by our stated 30-day policy.
